How to deal with the massive stress in your life
Stress is a very common word nowadays. All of us are very familiar with this word, actually stress is also have its several categories and types. Some of us are suffering from stress due to overload of their works and some of us have different kind of stress like their relationship is not going well due to any reason. This relationships isn't only means relationship with ur partner, it can also be the bond/relationship of mother and son, son or father....any bond it can be.....so we have different ways to fight with stress in that list the first way is -
 1. To give space to yourself - you need space , you need time to rethink about your deeds and evaluate them and find the way how could you have managed the things and how you did that. And if you have found the better way then improve the things simply. Sometimes it happens that we don't get time for ourselves too. We never give a look to the things we have done in the past. On the other hand we suffers from irritation. Many often i have heard people saying 'i hate my life' or 'i hate myself', why people hate theirself? Because they are not doing something new. No new things are being done in their life..life is quite boring for them. Nothing is new, same job, same work, same level of enthusiasm. So to deal with the stress you need to see things positively and it can only be possible when you love your company in other words when you love yourself. This is the second and the important way to deal with the stress.
2. Love Yourself - loving yourself can be proved as the best way to fight with the stress.. well here question becomes "How to Love Yourself ?"
So to love ourselves we need to indulge ourselves in a "Physical Activity". Now physical activity means the activity in which you'll have to use your body and that'll keep you fit. For example. I. Jogging or running
II. swimming
III. Playing tennis or badminton or basketball, football or etc.
So physical activity will take you to the positive aspect of your personality and you will have one more field in which you can stand, or you can perform well. On the other hand you will feel energetic and blessed with the fitness...Hitting the gym is also the part of physical activity and it is the best way to pamper or love yourself. When you ll love yourself then you ll no longer be suffering from stress because your love towards yourself will shine on ur body and ur hardwork will glow as a ornament on ur body. And several gates of your mind will open to fight with stress.
3. Sparing couple of the moment with your parents : This is the most important way to fight with the stress. In this busy world nowadays we are forgetting to give our time to our parents. We never asked them "How are you? " Or "How was your day?" And the reason is too sad we don't have time. Unfortunately some people thinks it is the wastage of their time but it's not waste of time its a use of your time constructively.
We have a lot of benefits by giving our time to our parents because when you ll give them time they will feel good about you on the other hand they'll discuss their experiences how they have faced problems boldly. Sometimes we try to find the solution in the books or on the internet while the solution is in front of us but we need to see more carefully. Our solution is none of other than our parents. Because what we are going through, our parents had already experienced all that things....
So spare ur time with ur parents will solve ur problems unexpectedly and automatically...
So at the end of the day i'd repeat all my three ways  one by one.
1. Give space to yourself.
2. Love yourself
3. Spare couple of the moments with your parents....
